The Agoura Hills Library presents: Sleep Deprivation and Disease a workshop with Devin Morgan, director of Rishi Institute.
A wellness seminar presented by Devin Morgan, director of the Rishi Institute.
The discussion will focus on how much sleep we really need and why. What happens to our circadian clock when we are sleep deprived and how it deeply effects our daily life both in the workplace and in our personal lives.
