Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation in Ventura offers a Home Pre-purchase Workshop.
This workshop is offered in English and Spanish.
The purpose of this workshop is to prepare participants for the home buying process by providing them with an overview of the mortgage process, a basic understanding of mortage finance terms and conditions, choosing a real estate agent and lender, and foreclosure prevention.
