The Ventura Chapter of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance meets each Tuesday.
The DBSA focuses on self-help offered in a safe and accepting, peer-to-peer, confidential environment.
Newcomers are welcome. These meetings are free and open to anyone suffering from Depression or Bipolar.
