Event Description
The Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History presents their Star Party in the Palmer Observatory the second Saturday every month.
Every month, the Museum offers public observations at the Museum's Palmer Observatory. These Star Parties are hosted by the Santa Barbara Astronomical Unit, who provide telescopes and their expert knowledge of the night sky. Star Parties are held on the second Saturday of each month, weather permitting. This month's star party will feature the planet Mars, Saturn, galaxies, star clusters, and nebulae.
This star party is offered in conjunction with our "Evening Exclusives" planetarium presentations.
Star Party Admission: Museum Members are FREE. Non-members are $2/adult; $1/child.
